December

Alex (18 mos):
I am a year and a half now and as strong-willed as ever. I had my check up and everything is going well. I am 34" tall (85%) and 25.5lbs (55%) - so I'm starting to get Daddy's skinny legs. I still don't talk all that much, but the Dr. thinks everything is fine I will just do it when I decide. We had a lot of fun this month putting up the tree and even a few warm days (like shorts weather if you can believe it!) that we made it up to the park.

Amelia (5 mos):
What's new with me? Well, I had cereal for the first time and demolished it, Mommy says no surprise b/c I am such a good eater. I am rolling over all of the time and pretty much sitting on my own. I celebrated my first Hannukah and Christmas and both wer just splendid. I think my big brother is the funniest person around, especially when he kisses me or pretends to hold a phone to my ear.

Christmas

Well, we just had a wonderful time going to PA for Christmas. We saw tons of family of friends. The kids were very well behaved for the most part and definately got more shy as time went one and met more strangers. They spent tons of time playing with Uncle Bill, Mimi and Pop. Alex even got his first set of stitches - 8 to be exact after a little run in with a metal store shelf, but survived to tell the tale...

November

Alex (17 mos):
I am still not talking a whole lot. But we sure had a fun month. Over Vet's Day wkend we went to the GA Discovery museum and I had a blast playing and pushing all of the buttons. I am really loving my sister right now. I give her lots of kisses and 'tickle' her.

Amelia (4 mos):
I had my 4 mo checkup and I am 25.5" tall and 14 lbs 4 oz. That is the same height as Alex at the same age. But he was 1 lb heavier. So, I'm a big ole healthy baby. I am starting to rollover consistently from back to front. I love to play on my floor mat and the jumperoo is also fun for me.
Happy and not so happy

Doesn't Amelia look like a portrait from the 80s?
