Well I have had a rollercoaster of a month. In the beginning Daddy left for a couple weeks and I went to visit Mimi and Pop. We had a fabulous time and I even got to know Uncle Steve a little better - he took me for a ride around the block in Gramp's Caddy and that was really awesome. We got back to GA and I made a visit to the ENT/Audiologist - this hearing test I unfortunately failed and on my birthday next week I'll be getting tudes and my adenoids out (thanks mom great bday gift!!!) I think I have entered the 'terrible 2's' early, just for fun. I have fully mastered the hissy fit and am constantly trying to get into new types of trouble. I dove out of cart at Target and nearly gave daddy a heart-attack, hehehe, but thankfully I'm fine. I'm looking forward to celebrating my bday when Mimi gets here on June 10th. Mommy even said she would make me a bulldozer cake!
Amelia (10 mos):
As I get closer to that 1 year mark I can do more and more each day. I have totally mastered crawling and crusing the furniture. I can stand on my own when Mommy lets go for quite a bit, until I realize she let go, then I sit back down. I can also point, clap and wave. I have started saying Mama and Dada - pretty soon I'm going to talk more than Alex - take that big bro! I have decided that I will not be a push over anymore and am standing up to Alex more and more. Unfortunately he is still bigger than me, but I do win sometimes ;o) Mommy had me to the Dr. for a weight check and since 9 months I gained 1+ lbs and 1" for a grand total of 18lbs 10oz and 28.9"
First trip to the Big Pool
At first Alex took right off to hop in, but after about 30s got his head under and spent the rest of the time totally freaked out, Amelia on the other hand...
had a fabulous time and visably did not want to leave

Alex had a death grip on my arm
