June visit to Allentown

We made it home for a quick visit the first week of June. We had a great time seeing as many people as we could, unfortunately not everyone we would have liked just because we were there for such a short time. But with the move coming up and a late school year ending it is what we could fit in and it was great to see everyone. The kids were great on the plane for me provided I let them use our itouchs, but hey whatever works. Oh, and the kids had a particularly good time with Uncle Stephen. Mostly because he lets them torture him and is super silly.

May 2011

Another busy month in the Weiss household. For the life of me I can’t really remember why, but I feel like May flew by. The kids finished up school mid-month and Alex speech as well. We have been keeping busy outside as much as possible, but being Ga we have had plenty of 90+ days already and the kids and I for that matter just aren’t into the heat. Amelia now knows all of her letters and numbers through 10 by sight, while Alex has no interest. Amelia is a singing machine. She sings to herself 24/7 even if she is the only one listening. She also loves anything crafty. Alex is very boy and loves trains, planes and automobiles. Everyday he asks me multiple time if we can go out and ride bikes. Just this evening we realized he wore out a hole in his john deere powerwheels tractor.
