This was the first year we celebrated Easter with the kids and the Easter Bunny. As expected they loved it. We had a very laid back day and a dinner that included ham, homemade pierogies and coconut cake.

We have had a very busy month! We started by heading down to Gainesville, Fla to house hunt and to meet up with Aunt Sarah, Grandpa and Grammy. We were lucky and found a cute little cottage in a fantastic neighborhood. Sorry I didn’t take pictures. It’s a long story but we had planned on renting but were unsuccessful at that endeavor. The house we ending up buying was the last we looked out literally on our way out of town. But the neighborhood is great, even has a pool and a park. And to top things off has the best schools in the city – woohoo! Right after our return home we had visitors in the form of Uncle Bill, Mimi, and Pop. They came to see us but also the Masters ;o)

Our kids absolutely love the zoo. We had a great time and the weather couldn’t have been better. They are very into animals and pretty much can tell you what anything is. For the week or 2 following our trip they asked multiple times a day to go back and now 2 months later they still ask to go back at least once a week. Luckily its only 1 hour away so hopefully we can make a return trip sometime before we leave here in July.
